3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

    • Order ID
    • Product images
    • Reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

The exchanged product will be delivered in 5-7 business days.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

7. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images for quick resolution.
